Educational & Age Criteria
Candidates applying for OPSC OCS Recruitment 2026 must meet the following requirements candidate must be a citizen of India. His age must be between 21 and 42 years as on 1 January 2025 and must not be born earlier than 2 January 1983 and later than 1 January 2004. There is 5 years relaxation for SC, ST, SEBC, Women and Ex Servicemen and 10 years relaxation for PwD candidates with 40% disability. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and have Odia language proficiency as specified in the notification. Application Fee Details
Candidates other than SC, ST and PwD categories must pay Rs. 700 as examination fee through online mode. The fee can be paid using debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking or digital wallets.
